REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR THE EXPLORE PROVIDENCE TOUR IS MARCH 16.

Don't miss the opportunity to explore Providence with Barbara Barnes, Tourism Services Director of the Rhode Island Historical Society. This five hour tour leaves the Rhode Island Convention Center at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, returning to the Center 4:00 p.m. Cost for the tour is $49; lunch is on your own. You don't need to register for the full conference to take part, but pre-registration by March 16 is required and space is limited. www.NERGC.org

NERGC CONFERENCE HOTELS NEARLY FULL, BUT THERE ARE SOME ROOMS

Beginning last Thursday, February 26 some folks trying to make hotel reservations found that the NERGC room blocks at both of the conference hotels were full. Since that time there have been a few cancellations at the Courtyard by Marriott, and we've been able to add some rooms at the Biltmore. If you register at the hotel of your choice right away, you should be able to get a room.
