REMINDER - EXHIBIT HALL EARLY BIRD DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 31

A reminder to potential exhibitors that the early bird deadline for booths is Dec. 31. Currently the initial booth is $175.00 with each additional booth $125.00. Applications need to be received by Dec. 31 (if emailed) and postmarked Dec. 31 (if mailed) to take advantage of the early bird deadline. On January 1, 2019, the cost of the first booth will be $200.00 with each additional booth $150.00. We encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. While the initial 63 booths have been sold, a waiting list has been started. We are looking into adding an undetermined number of booths to the Exhibit Hall. REGISTRATION FOR NERGC 2019 IS NOW OPEN!!!

Registration for the 2019 New England Regional Genealogical Conference, to be held 3-6 April in Manchester, New Hampshire is now open! After exploring the brochure, register online at http://bit.ly/REG_NERGC_2019 and then "Register Now".

PLACE AN AD IN THE CONFERENCE SYLLABUS

The 2019 NERGC syllabus will reach over 900 conference attendees, and the syllabus will be available for years in various societies and libraries who send representatives to the 2019 conference. Ads cost $200 for the inside back cover ad (greyscale), $100 for a full page ad, $55 for a half page ad, $30 for a quarter page ad, and $25 for a business card size ad. The deadline is November 11, 2018. Contact Julie (bjszczep@comcast.net) for additional information and ad templates.

NERGC 2019 E-ZINE 4 IS NOW ONLINE

The fourth 2019 New England Regional Genealogical Conference E-zine is now available at http://www.nergc.org/…/uplo…/2018/10/NERGC-2019-E-zine-4.pdf. It introduces our Opening Session speaker and provides information about the Conference hotel, Exhibit Hall booth space, sponsorship opportunities, some Wednesday pre-Conference events, and more. Please note that registration for the 2019 Conference will not open until mid November, 2018.

A REMINDER ABOUT HOTEL RESERVATIONS

A reminder that room reservations for the conference need to be made through the Manchester Downtown Doubletree Hotel number, +1 (603) 625-1000, and not through Hilton. Conference Rate: $164.00 single/double; $174.00 triple; $184.00 quad. Note that these room rates include a $10.00 rebate per room-night payable to NERGC to help offset conference expenses. Use the name of our organization, "NERGC" to secure the rate when you make your reservations. Reservations made through Hilton are at a higher rate, and we do not get credit for them. Anyone who has already made reservations through Hilton are asked to cancel and re-book through Manchester Downtown.
