You are cordially invited to participate in the Virtual NERGC Society Fair, which be available online to conference attendees and the general public for 61 days, with live chat available on April 3 and May 16. Hundreds of family history researchers will be “attending” Virtual NERGC 2021. Participation in the Society Fair is limited to non-commercial entities. (Entities wishing to make sales during the conference are encouraged to consider becoming exhibitors by “renting a booth” in the virtual Exhibit Hall). You can include links to your website, Facebook page, Instagram, and YouTube channel. You can also choose chat times, allowing you to interact with conference participants potentially interested in what your group offers in the way of information, programs and research sources. People, as at an in-person event, may stop in for a few minutes or may linger longer throughout the day. Your Society and chat times will be placed on NERGC’s website, published in the weekly Newsletter, and listed in the Exhibit Hall. What a great opportunity to network! Don’t miss this unique way to show off your society and attract new members. For more information, please email Phyllis Day, Society Chair at firstname.lastname@example.org.
By now, if you're registered for NERGC 2019, you should have received a link to download the mobile app to help you organize your NERGC 2019 experience. It's virtually the same as the mobile app used for RootsTech. We strongly recommend you install the app on you Android or Apple device and accustom yourself to its functionality. It's a good thing! Keep track of your own schedule, when and where your chosen lectures will take place, locator for other NERGC attendees, speaker bios, exhibitors, sponsors, there's even a link to call an Uber! How did we ever attend a conference without an app like this one!
