SOCIETY FAIR SPACE ALERT

Over 20 genealogical, historical and family societies have already registered for the 2013 Society Fair and there is room for only a few more tables. If your group is mulling over this great chance to take part, don’t wait any longer! The event will be held on Thursday 18 April 2013 from 5 to 7 PM in the Radisson Hotel Exhibition Hall immediately before the Exhibit Hall opens. A cash bar will be located nearby. There is no charge to your organization to participate. Your group will have a skirted 6’ x 2’ table and two chairs. We will supply signage. You are free to display your wares and take orders for publications and memberships. You will have a good crowd to show off your organization. Groups wishing to sell items on a commercial level must purchase an Exhibit Hall booth and not use the Society Fair. Reserve your space by sending an email to Ralph Wadleigh at whplar@comcast.net.
