We're now offering a special conference rate for students aged 16 and under—half the adult rate (e.g., $60 by 28 February; $75 after 28 February. Students do, however, need to pay full price for meals, workshops, and syllabus. This special rate is not available online. Special Interest Groups will be held on Thursday, April 16 th , from 7:45 to 9 p.m. They offer participants an informal opportunity to get together with others with similar interests to discuss ideas for genealogy research on a particular topic. In order to put on this conference for such a reasonable rate, we need the help of many volunteers. Below is a list of current openings. If you are interested in volunteering or you are bringing a spouse or friend along for the ride who may be able to volunteer, this is a great way to help. All volunteers get raffle tickets for our volunteer raffle. In 2011 this exclusive raffle had many great items.
