REMINDER - EXHIBIT HALL EARLY BIRD DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 31

A reminder to potential exhibitors that the early bird deadline for booths is Dec. 31. Currently the initial booth is $175.00 with each additional booth $125.00. Applications need to be received by Dec. 31 (if emailed) and postmarked Dec. 31 (if mailed) to take advantage of the early bird deadline. On January 1, 2019, the cost of the first booth will be $200.00 with each additional booth $150.00. We encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. While the initial 63 booths have been sold, a waiting list has been started. We are looking into adding an undetermined number of booths to the Exhibit Hall. E-mail us at nergcexhibits@gmail.com with any questions.
